meeg_utils.io.existing_derivatives(source, root, *, desc='preproc')[source]#

Return the derivative files already written for source, if any.

Parameters:

  • source (BIDSPath | str | Path) – The recording, as passed to save_derivative().

  • root (str | Path) – Root of the derivatives dataset.

  • desc (str) – Value of the BIDS desc entity.

Returns:

Matching data files (any suffix, including split files), sorted.

Return type:

list of Path
